I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms, facing the pool, were small but lovely with comfortable mattresses. The service was exceptional, from arranging airport transfers to offering a secure holding area for our bags. The location was perfect, just outside the square of Chiang Mai, within walking distance to the old town and the night bazaar. The dining options, although not extensive, provided a great start to the day. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor room issues but great value for money.
Staying on the third floor without an elevator, we found the rooms nicely decorated, although a bit dark with thin walls. The service was unbelievably kind and helpful, making us feel at home. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the market and main street, perfect for exploring the city. Dining options were good but limited. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
